A new machining center has arrived in the company, a Mitsubishi MV 1200S wire EDM machine.
Based on the revolutionary tubular linear motors (patented) and on a CNC-drives-motors communication system completely in optical fiber (“ODS”), it includes many other innovations including a very effective threading system (“intelligent AT”) and the ” PFC ”, a process that allows to obtain an excellent surface roughness with fewer passes. The picture is completed by the highly advanced “Advance Plus” CNC equipped with an advanced user interface (“NUI”) and capable of importing and directly managing solid geometries.
