Our company is equipped with Tesar’s integrated system for quality control and production management SICOP and MOTIS.
All our machines are networked with two terminals in the production department, which manage both production – with daily analysis of the same and detection of machine downtime – and quality control. The latter occurs through the serial connection of control instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, altimeters, and data analysis, capabilities, X-R control charts, certificates of conformity, etc. Thanks to this integrated system, we guarantee high standards of quality and precision at all stages of production.
